Automation For Inert Sample Storage, Management And Processing

STORAGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

MARS

MARS - Minitube Automated Retrieval System
MARS stores 50 million 'single-shot' 384-well tubes in a dehumidified, -20°C, environment (optional inert atmosphere). MARS provides high-speed cherry-picking for 384-well format and can store 96-well, vials and/or other media in same system.

AMS

AMS - Automated Mini-Store
The AMS is a self-contained, automated sample storage and retrieval system (ASRS) designed to accommodate small and medium sized compound libraries. The AMS stands apart by virtue of its flexible functionality, small footprint, and mobility.

PARS

PARS - Powder Automated Retrieval System
Based on the Titan® Vertical Lift the PARS can be scaled to accommodate from 150,000 powder vials to millions. We offer both manual systems with pick-to-light functionality or fully automated ASRS functionality.

SAMPLES PROCESSING SOLUTIONS
Pre-Configured Systems for Specific Applications:

GB1000

GB1000 - Glove Box designed for managing compounds.
Specifically designed for managing compounds (powders, liquids) in a moisture controlled (< 2% RH), nitrogen or argon atmosphere (O2 < 2%). In-chamber filtering system (activated carbon) is standard. The GB1000 can be deployed right out of the box.

DB500

DB500 - Dry box designed for thawing of frozen compounds.
The GB500 is configured for thawing products in a controlled, dry environment. It consists of a self-contained atmosphere that maintains desired dryness by re-circulating the chamber atmosphere through our  Gas Drying Module.

PPW

PPW - Plates Processing Work cell
Fully automated robotic work cell with controlled environment (inert/dry), with integrated buffer systems and plate storage hotels for batch-processing. Accommodates liquid handling equipment of your choice.

ECE5000

ECE5000 - Environment Controlled Enclosure for automated systems.
Custom designed to enclose sample handling equipment in a dry, inert environment in order to reduce compound precipitation in compounds during critical thawing and transfer periods.
