The client is kept informed of the process at all times.
Randex are able to provide the Service Contract to meet your requirements. All contracts include 2 service calls per year and are attended by an experienced, fully trained, engineer. In any business down time can be critical. Whether your business is guaranteed deliveries or process production we can assist you to keep your equipment serviced, maintained and running. Randex , The AMH Group and Sam Robinson Printing & Business Systems have engineers throughout the UK and a dedicated fully trained night service call centre which will log out of hours calls and dispatch the on call engineer.
